Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days for most pin codes across India. Remote locations may take slightly longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders of ₹499 and above. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment options

We accept UPI, cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across India.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS. If your tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours, write to us and we will look into it.

Damaged or missing items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and its contents. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Replacement

We offer a 7-day easy replacement window from the date of delivery for eligible issues — no lengthy back-and-forth.
